Job Title: Sales Executive – Business Setup & PRO Services (Abu Dhabi)

Role Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for direct revenue generation by acquiring new clients and closing deals across Plus UAE Group’s service portfolio.
This is a target-driven role requiring prior Abu Dhabi experience in business setup, PRO, compliance, or related government services.
Only candidates with relevant UAE market exposure will be considered.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of sales experience in UAE/ any GCC (mandatory)
- Prior experience with competitor or similar UAE service firms
- Proven sales exposure in one or more of the following domains:
- Business Setup (Mainland & Freezone)
- PRO & Government Documentation Services
- Visa & Immigration Services
- ADNOC / Government / Semi-Government Registrations
- Corporate Compliance & Local Sponsorship / Representation Services
- Strong understanding of UAE client behavior, pricing sensitivity, and closing cycles
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Target Achievement
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to deal closure
- Independently generate business through Market outreach, Referrals, Existing professional networks
Business Expansion
- Cross-sell and upsell across all Plus UAE Group service lines
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional scopes and services
- Provide competitor insights and market feedback to management
Client Coordination
- Maintain client relationship until successful handover to operations
- Coordinate internally to ensure scope clarity, pricing accuracy, and commitment alignment
Reporting & Sales Discipline
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and closure reports
- Follow internal sales processes, documentation, and compliance standards
- Performance is evaluated strictly on results
Performance Metrics
- Revenue target achievement
- Number of successful closures
- Client quality and retention
- Contribution to new service scopes

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
- Commission: Performance-based
