Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive for our Automotive / Marine division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales targets for marine engines, parts, accessories, and related services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities in marine markets
• Promote and sell marine engines, generators, parts, and accessories
• Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and boat owners
• Prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and close sales
• Coordinate with service, logistics, and finance teams for smooth order processing
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer databases
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Sales, Business, Mechanical / Automotive / Marine Engineering (preferred)
• Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in automotive or marine industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive vehicles / marine engines and related products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Arabic speaking is mandatory
