Job Summary :

To oversee and grow our sales operations in Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the assigned Category, driving sales performance and building strong relationships with dealers and retailers in the B2C segment.

Job Requirement

Education: MBA.

Experience: 3 - 4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in automotive industry (Paints, Tyre, Lubricants, Batteries)

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Time management and multitasking skills.

Ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute category-wise sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers & dealers.

Analyze market trends, customer demand, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and risks..

Ensure effective placement, branding, and visibility of our products.

Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports.

Collaborate with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations..

Budget for this position: PKR 90,000 per month + 1000 CC Vehicle (with buy back option)+ Fuel + Mobile (Handset & Connection) + Gratuity

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs90,000.00 per month
