We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive (Female Preferred) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Conduct property viewings and present real estate options to potential buyers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property prices, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property investors.
- Assist clients with legal paperwork, contracts, and documentation.
- Work closely with marketing teams to promote properties and campaigns.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in real estate sales in UAE market (Preferable).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate market and sales strategies.
- Must have excellent English communication both verbal and written.
- Must have lead generation skills, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in luxury or commercial real estate sales.
- Familiarity with real estate laws and property documentation.
- Strong digital marketing and social media skills for lead generation.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
