Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth and support overall company objectives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting with prospective clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads by engaging potential and existing customers via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
  • Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints professionally while sharing product catalogs, promotional offers, and detailed product information.
  • Manage the full sales cycle using designated sales and CRM software, including maintaining accurate customer records, preparing quotes and proposals, and providing daily progress updates.
  • Prepare invoices for all confirmed orders and systematically organize sales data using folders, CRM systems, and Excel sheets.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies.
  • Coordinate closely with the production and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing, while keeping clients informed of order status.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs as defined by the company.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports to senior management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including retargeting potential leads and nurturing past clients to generate repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to ensure sales strategies remain competitive and relevant.
  • Participate actively in sales meetings and collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve overall team performance.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and other sales-related software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet targets consistently.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship building and long-term value creation.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Work Schedule

  • Office Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
