Key Result Areas:
1. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, evaluate customer needs, and align with business objectives.
2. Proactively generate leads to expand the customer base & work on towards set business targets.
3. Lead client interactions by setting meetings, delivering tailored presentations, and addressing concerns effectively.
4. Prepare regular sales and financial reports, providing insights for decision-making and performance tracking.
5. Coordinate stock availability for sales and demos, ensuring readiness to support customer engagements.
6. Represent the company at exhibitions and conferences to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
7. Collaborate with team members to develop strategies, share best practices, and achieve sales targets.
8. Gather customer feedback, communicate insights internally, and support with proposals, contracts, and materials.
8. Minimum Education,
Experience and Skills:- Any professional degree, with a preference for Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Knowledge of sustainable agriculture practices and vertical farming technology is a plus.
Work Experience:- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
- Must hold a valid UAE driving license and have access to a car.
Skills:- Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Well-organized, responsible, and skilled in problem-solving.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
- Effective at managing schedules, documents, and data.
- Collaborative team player, working well with sales and other departments.
