Job Overview

Enza Home Islamabad is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to drive showroom sales, provide personalized furniture solutions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is a dynamic sales professional with excellent communication skills, a consultative selling approach, and a passion for home décor and furniture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Engage with walk-in and potential clients to understand their furniture and interior design needs
• Present and demonstrate Enza Home products and solutions in a professional manner
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and invoices
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Showroom & Brand Representation:

• Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and visual merchandising standards
• Stay updated on new collections, materials, and market trends
• Represent the Enza Home brand professionally at all times

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with team members and management to achieve sales goals
• Provide regular sales updates and performance reports

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury products
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, proactive, and customer-oriented
• Professional appearance and conduct
