- Sales Achievement – Drive both primary (distributor/stockist) and secondary (retail/outlet) sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Channel Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and partners while expanding the distribution network.
- Market Execution – Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective execution of trade promotions and schemes in the market.
- Market Intelligence – Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor insights, monitor trends, and suggest corrective actions.
- Reporting & Analysis – Maintain accurate sales data, track performance of primary and secondary channels, and share reports with management.
