Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic fresher to join our Sales team as a Sales Executive / Sales Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in corporate sales, client handling, and business coordination. You will support the sales team in day-to-day operations, client communication, quotations, and order execution.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and cost sheets
  • Coordinate with sourcing, design, logistics, and accounts teams for order execution
  • Maintain and update client records, leads, and follow-ups in Excel/CRM
  • Track order status and ensure timely updates to clients

Client Communication

  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and WhatsApp for basic queries and follow-ups
  • Support senior sales members in handling corporate clients and bulk gifting requirements
  • Share product details, samples information, and timelines with clients

Order & Documentation Handling

  • Ensure POs, approvals, and client confirmations are properly documented
  • Assist in coordinating sample approvals and dispatch timelines
  • Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents

Reporting & MIS

  • Prepare daily/weekly sales MIS reports
  • Update lead status, closures, and pending follow-ups
  • Support sales planning and review meetings

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Email drafting
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills
  • Willingness to learn sales processes and client handling
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate / Post-graduate (any stream)
  • Freshers are welcome (0–1 year experience)
  • Internship or exposure to sales/customer service is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
