Key Responsibilities;
1. Lead Generation & Business Development
- Identify and target potential clients through market research, field visits, and networking.
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into active customers.
- Explore new business opportunities in assigned territories.
2. Sales Presentations & Dealership Visits
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations at 3S and non-3S dealerships.
- Explain tracking solutions, features, and benefits to potential clients.
- Maintain a strong presence in the field to maximize sales opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and address client queries professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
4. Target Achievement & Reporting
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales performance reports.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
5. Coordination & Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies.
- Share market feedback and competitor insights with management.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients.
6. ERP System Handling
- Create and update customer data in ERP systems.
- Track sales progress, orders, and follow-ups through ERP.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales records.
7. Preferred: Experience
- Previous experience in sales (tracking industry experience will be an added advantage).
- Fresh candidates with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
8. Required Skills

9. Qualification:
