Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves promoting company products and services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and client visits
- Promote company services, packages, and offers to potential and existing clients
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned by management
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and key accounts
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
- Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations
- Coordinate with operations, front office, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle client inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and client databases
- Participate in sales events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience (hotel/hospitality experience preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of local market and corporate sales strategies
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
