Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, handling inbound and outbound calls, and building strong client relationships. This role also includes representing the company at industry events to expand our network and secure new clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to engage potential clients
  • Identify, pursue, and acquire new clients (B2B) across various sectors. (It can be done outdoor)
  • Promote the company’s recruitment and outsourcing services
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, networking sessions, and business forums to represent the company
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams (recruitment, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, tele sales, or B2B client acquisition
  • Experience handling client calls, sales pitches, and follow-ups
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport, maintain relationships, and close deals
  • Presentable, proactive, and confident in client-facing interactions
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of recruitment or outsourcing industry (advantage, not mandatory)
