The Sales Executive is responsible for converting qualified leads into confirmed customers by effectively communicating product value and guiding prospects through the final stages of the sales journey. This role focuses on closing deals, handling objections, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience while meeting revenue and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Engagement & Deal Closure

  • Connect with prospective customers through outbound calls to understand their requirements and buying intent.
  • Clearly present products or services, emphasizing key features, benefits, and overall value.
  • Confidently address objections and concerns to build trust and credibility.
  • Guide prospects through final discussions, including pricing, terms, and payment options.
  • Successfully close sales and achieve assigned targets and quotas.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build strong rapport with customers through professional communication, empathy, and active listening.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Provide post-sale follow-ups and personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Product Knowledge & Skill Development

  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing structures, and market competitors.
  • Participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product expertise.
  • Share insights, feedback, and best practices with the sales team to enhance collective performance.

4. Sales Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales workflows while maintaining quality standards.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Contribute feedback on scripts, objection-handling methods, and closing techniques.

5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
  • Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.

6. Compliance & Quality Standards

  • Follow company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines during all sales interactions.
  • Maintain ethical sales practices and high-quality customer engagement standards.
  • Participate in quality assurance evaluations and coaching sessions to ensure excellence.

Work Details

Location: 1st Floor, Ext. Hall, TS Mall & Residencia, Sadiqabad, Rawalpindi – 46300
Timings: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
