Automobile Sales Executive – Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Handling
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle requirements, budget, and preferences
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options
- Conduct test drives and product demonstrations
- Recommend suitable models and upsell accessories or extended warranties
Lead Generation & Follow-up
- Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, cold calling, and digital inquiries
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales
- Maintain a strong customer pipeline and achieve monthly sales targets
Documentation & Process
- Assist customers with booking, invoicing, loan, insurance, and registration processes
- Ensure all sales documents are completed accurately and on time
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and RTO departments
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with customers
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
- Encourage repeat business and referrals
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on product launches, competitors’ offerings, and market trends
- Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
- Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance guidelines
Showroom & Brand Representation
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and professional appearance
- Represent the brand positively and uphold company values
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
