Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our catering and hospitality services team in the UAE. The role focuses on generating sales, managing client accounts, and promoting catering and hospitality solutions to corporate, institutional, and event-based clients.

This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with strong sales skills and knowledge of the UAE hospitality market.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate new sales leads and convert them into confirmed catering and hospitality contracts

· Promote company catering services to corporate clients, offices, events, and institutions

· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups in coordination with operations teams

· Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

· Negotiate pricing and contract terms in line with company policies

· Maintain accurate sales reports, pipelines, and customer data

· Coordinate with customer service and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality (preferred)

· Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in catering, hospitality, FMCG, or service industries in the UAE

· Strong understanding of UAE corporate and hospitality market

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

· Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
