We are hiring a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. Candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound cold calls to potential clients, presenting our products/services, and converting leads into customers. You must have excellent English communication skills, strong convincing power, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products/services.
- Convince prospects to take the next step in the sales funnel (book appointment, sign up, etc.).
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly call targets and KPIs.
- Handle high volumes of calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, or messages as required.
- Collaborate with team members and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales (preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong persuasive and convincing abilities.
- Able to handle high call volume and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Confidence in handling objections and turning them into opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Availability to work in required time zones (mention if it’s for US, UK, etc.)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
