DwellSMART Pvt Ltd is transforming the energy sector with Prepaid Energy Metering solutions for residential and commercial complexes—enabling smarter energy usage, transparent billing, and efficient energy management.

Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell prepaid energy metering solutions across residential societies, builders, developers, and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads in residential & commercial projects
  • Pitch solutions to RWAs, builders, developers & facility managers
  • Conduct site visits, demos & client presentations
  • Prepare quotations, proposals & close deals
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM, follow-ups & conversion tracking
  • Coordinate with technical & operations teams

Requirements:

  • Graduate in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related field
  • 1–3 years of sales experience (Energy, Real Estate, Electrical, IoT, or SaaS preferred)
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Target-oriented & self-driven
  • Willing to travel locally
  • Basic electrical/energy knowledge is a plus
