Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive, driven, and growth-oriented graduates to join our Business Development team. This role serves as an excellent foundation for individuals looking to build expertise in communication, consultative sales, and learner engagement within a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective learners to understand their requirements and effectively communicate the value of our courses.
• Conduct timely follow-ups to drive conversions and meet enrollment targets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals aligned with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of interactions using CRM tools.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Ability to handle queries, address objections, and close conversations confidently
• Basic understanding of the EdTech landscape is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are highly encouraged to apply.
