- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and approach new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Provide technical consultation to customers, ensuring they select the right trucks for their requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to customers.
- Work closely with the service and parts teams to provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with finance teams on payment terms, credit approvals and contract finalization.
- Regularly update sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.
- Attend industry trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings to promote products.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales within the heavy commercial vehicles.
Strong technical knowledge of construction machinery, earthmoving equipment and related products.
Excellent negotiation and business development skills.
KSA Driving License is mandatory.
Strong communication skills in English & Arabic
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office and sales reporting tools.
