Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in IT or SaaS sales and will be responsible for generating revenue by engaging prospects, presenting solutions, and supporting deal closures while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage potential B2B clients through outbound and inbound channels
  • Conduct discovery calls and present IT/SaaS products or services to prospective clients
  • Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support retention and upselling

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or SaaS sales
  • Experience working with structured sales pipelines and CRM tools
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
  • Basic understanding of IT or SaaS products and services
  • Target-driven and performance-focused mindset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Office Time: 12 pm – 9 pm (Subject to change)
