Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Watches & Jewelery showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, an eye for luxury products, and the ability to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and understand their needs to recommend suitable watches and jewelery
• Demonstrate product features, craftsmanship, gemstones, and watch mechanisms
• Achieve individual and store sales targets on a daily and monthly basis
• Build long-term customer relationships and maintain a client database
• Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash/card payments accurately
• Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and security of high-value items
• Assist in stock receiving, tagging, and regular inventory checks
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and after-sales service professionally
• Follow company policies on pricing, discounts, and promotions

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in watches and/or jewelery retail sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of gold, diamonds, gemstones, and branded watches is an advantage
• Presentable, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer knowledge and POS system experience
• Both Male or Female candidates can apply
• Willing to work shifts, weekends & holidays
• Transferable visa required
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
• Arabic-speaking candidates will be preferred.

• 2-year contract
