JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating business, increasing enrolments, and supporting revenue growth for Fujairah Air Navigation Services (FANS) Training Centre.

The role focuses on a balanced blend of sales and marketing activities aimed at developing B2B and B2C markets, with a strong emphasis on aviation training programs, including ATC training and ICAO TRAINAIR Plus programs.

NATURE & SCOPE

The Sales Executive plays as essential role in the company’s sales strategy and reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The Sales Executive operates in a commercially driven environment and supports the Training Centre’s growth objectives through market development, client acquisition, and conversion activities.

The role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and active engagement with aviation organizations, institutions, and individual trainees.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

§ Procedural Compliance.

§ Identify, research, and develop new B2B and B2C business opportunities for aviation training programs.

§ Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline for aviation authorities, airlines, training institutions, and individual trainees.

§ Support brand positioning and messaging for training programs across appropriate marketing and sales channels.

§ Conduct market research to identify new target segments, training demand, and competitive offerings.

§ Execute marketing and outreach campaigns to generate qualified leads for both institutional and individual clients.

§ Prepare sales presentations, proposals, commercial offers, and training packages in coordination with management.

§ Convert leads into confirmed enrolments or contracts through follow-ups, negotiations, and client engagement.

§ Support contract closure, pricing coordination, and basic commercial optimization as per approved guidelines.

§ Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, conversions, and revenue pipelines.

§ Participate in aviation events, career forums, exhibitions, and promotional activities to support business growth.

§ Track and report performance against agreed targets, including:

§ B2B leads generated

§ Proposals submitted and contracts signed

§ B2C leads and enrolment conversions

§ Revenue or pipeline value generated

§ Coordinate with training, operations, and administration teams to ensure smooth on boarding and delivery of training programs.

§ Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with FANS policies and aviation regulatory requirements.

QUALIFICATION

§ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

§ Proficient command of verbal and written English.

§ Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills.

EXPERIENCE

§ Proven experience of 5-8 years in Sales, preferably in the aviation industry.

§ Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing).

§ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

§ Experience in aviation, training, education, or B2B services is preferred.

§ Experience in relationship-building and managing key industry partnerships.

§ Experience in proposal preparation and client engagement.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
