Job Description

Logiprep LLC is a USA-based, fast-growing 3PL logistics company providing warehousing, fulfillment, prep & labeling, inventory management, and shipping solutions for e-commerce and B2B clients worldwide. We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive / Business Development Officer to help grow our client base and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for 3PL and logistics services
• Prospect, qualify, and close leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and inbound inquiries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with e-commerce brands and business clients
• Understand customer logistics needs and present customized solutions
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pricing, and service presentations
• Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and campaigns
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Maintain accurate sales records and pipelines in CRM
• Provide feedback to improve processes, services, and customer satisfaction
• Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs
• Travel within Pakistan for sales, marketing, and promotional activities as required

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development
• Experience in logistics, 3PL, warehousing, freight, or e-commerce fulfillment preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
• Results-driven with a strong closing mindset
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
