The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling within the cleaning and sanitation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts
  • Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events
  • Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Negotiate and close sales deals in compliance with company policies
  • Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
  • Provide basic technical support and product training to clients
  • Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution
  • Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational goals
  • Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining ethical and professional standards

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
  • Sales or Business Development certification is an advantage
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or B2B sales role
  • Prior experience in cleaning, sanitation, chemicals, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
