The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of B2B sales, customer relationship management, and solution-based selling within the cleaning and sanitation industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Identify opportunities to expand product usage within existing accounts
- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and industry events
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Negotiate and close sales deals in compliance with company policies
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, services, and industry trends
- Provide basic technical support and product training to clients
- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams for smooth execution
- Resolve customer concerns promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational goals
- Act as a brand ambassador while maintaining ethical and professional standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Sales or Business Development certification is an advantage
- 3–5 years of sales experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or B2B sales role
- Prior experience in cleaning, sanitation, chemicals, or related industries.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
