Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to support business growth for our recruitment firm. The role is highly focused on outbound sales calls, client visits, and outdoor business development to acquire new corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively acquire new clients for recruitment and staffing services through sales calls, emails, and outdoor client visits
  • Promote recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing solutions to potential business clients
  • Conduct regular field visits to identify and close new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Understand client hiring requirements and coordinate closely with recruitment teams
  • Follow up on job orders, candidate selection, and placement progress
  • Prepare and manage client documentation, agreements, and job orders
  • Ensure timely communication and professional client support throughout the recruitment process

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Tele calling, outdoor sales, or B2B client acquisition
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident in making sales calls and conducting face-to-face client meetings
  • Strong client-handling and customer service abilities
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Tele Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Outdoor Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • B2B Client Acquisition: 1 year (Required)
