Job Title: Sales Executive

Department: Techforce – Manpower Supply Business

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to generate new business for our manpower supply division. The role involves visiting clients, understanding their hiring needs, and closing business—particularly within the oil & gas sector, refinery , power plants and similar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit prospective and existing clients to promote manpower supply services
  • Identify and approach target customers to generate new business
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions
  • Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups to close deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales and business development
  • Strong skills in client meetings, convincing, and negotiation
  • Sound knowledge of oil & gas hiring requirements
  • Experience in manpower supply business is mandatory
  • Ability to independently approach clients and generate business
  • Knowledge of target customers and market segments

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid driving license (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel for client visits
  • Presentable, confident, and professional personality
