Job Responsibilities

* Achieve overseas placement targets.

* Call trained candidates and inform them about overseas job opportunities.

* Convert candidates into successful overseas placements.

* Maintain records of calls, interviews, and placements.

* Screen candidates according to overseas job requirements.

* Provide support and guidance to candidates until deployment.

Required Expertise & Skills

* Experience in recruitment agencies will be a plus.

* Knowledge of overseas recruitment processes and job market demands.

* Proven sales and candidate conversion skills.

* Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up abilities.

* Target-driven and placement-focused mindset.

Commission will be applicable after successful completion of the three-month probation period
