Role & Responsibilities

Counsel and convert student leads into paid enrollments

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls

Achieve monthly revenue targets

Follow up with warm leads

Maintain CRM records

Explain course benefits and career outcomes

Required Skills

Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)

Experience in B2C sales

Target-driven mindset

Objection handling & closing skills

Salary
