Who We Are:
Asian Tour Media (ATM) is the commercial and media arm of the Asian Tour - a joint venture between IMG and the Asian Tour. ATM is responsible for the sale and delivery of content, sponsorship, media rights and partnerships.
The Role and What You'll Do:
The Sales Executive will support the growth of ATM’s commercial revenues by assisting in sponsorship sales, prospecting new clients, and helping to deliver high-quality proposals and client service. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual who is eager to learn, build relationships, and grow their career in sports sponsorship.
Sales Support & Lead Generation

Research and identify new brand prospects, market sectors, and partnership opportunities.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate pipeline data, contacts, and activity logs.

Coordinate outreach campaigns, including email prospecting, introductory calls, and meeting scheduling.
Proposal Development

Assist in the creation of sponsorship decks, case studies, and sales materials, working closely with commercial, marketing, and design teams.

Support the customization of proposals to align with brand objectives and specific regional markets.
Client Engagement

Attend sponsor meetings and calls alongside senior sales staff to gain experience and contribute to relationship development.

Coordinate follow-ups, meeting notes, and next steps with potential partners.

Liaise internally to help deliver sponsor requirements (e.g., logo approvals, asset delivery, hospitality support).
Research & Reporting

Track sponsorship trends, competitor activity, and brand campaigns across the sports, media, and lifestyle sectors.

Prepare reports and insights to support sales pitches and business development strategies.
You Have These:

1–3 years’ experience in sales, business development, marketing, or client-facing roles — preferably in sport, media, or entertainment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Confident using PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM tools.

Energetic, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Passion for sport and interest in commercial partnerships is a plus.
