Role Overview

We are seeking a disciplined, articulate, and strategic Sales Executive who can represent BluCactus with professionalism and integrity.

This role is not about volume-based selling. It requires thoughtful qualification, structured discovery conversations, and alignment-based closures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management & Qualification

  • Handle warm, cold, and self-sourced leads
  • Conduct mandatory pre-call brand audits
  • Perform short qualification calls to assess alignment
  • Identify decision-makers and assess seriousness of intent

2. Discovery & Strategy Discussions

  • Conduct Zoom discovery calls (recorded and documented)
  • Understand business models, challenges, and growth goals
  • Discuss budget range professionally and strategically
  • Position BluCactus solutions clearly and confidently

3. Proposal & Closure

  • Prepare proposals on the same day as the meeting
  • Ensure scope clarity and accurate pricing
  • Obtain internal approval before sharing proposals
  • Handle objections calmly and ethically
  • Avoid pressure-based closing tactics

4. Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Record and upload Zoom meetings
  • Document call notes and key insights
  • Ensure smooth handover to Project Management

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Structured and logical thinking ability
  • Emotional maturity and professional composure
  • Ability to handle objections without defensiveness
  • Strong listening and questioning skills
  • Comfort with premium pricing positioning
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (preferred)
  • Ability to work with CRM systems and Zoom

Compensation & Incentives

  • Competitive base structure (as applicable)
  • Commission-based incentives:
  • 10% on warm leads (shared support)
  • 20% on independently closed warm leads
  • 30% on self-sourced and closed leads
  • 5% upsell bonus (conditional)

Commission eligibility requires full adherence to company sales processes and ethical standards.
