Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Candidates with prior internship or academic exposure in IT / B2B / Software Sales will be preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executives (Freshers or Experienced) to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen interest in technology, and the drive to build a successful career in IT Sales and Business Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through online research, outbound calls, and digital engagement.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, client presentations, and business development materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools.
  • Support senior sales professionals in achieving revenue and client acquisition targets.

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fundamental understanding of IT products, software, or technology solutions (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation abilities.
  • High degree of self-motivation, professionalism, and goal orientation.
