Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and grow new business in the UAE events market

2. Build and manage client relationships from pitch to close

- Proven sales experience in the UAE events industry

- Strong local market knowledge and client network

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and allergic to excuses

Compensation

Basic salary + attractive commission structure (yes, real commission)
