Sales Executive

Job Objectives:

The position will be responsible for Rental Products covering:

• Sales, Business Development & Hire Operations for the UAE market.
• Sales & Business Development for Rental Business across diverse industry segments throughout the Emirates.

The role is to develop and grow Rental Solutions through both standard and customized approaches covering Construction, Oil & Gas, Power, Industrial, Events, Transportation, and Marine sectors across the UAE. The incumbent will promote Equipment Rentals in the assigned territory and work closely with the Manager - Rental Sales, making periodic recommendations to support strategic decision-making aimed at achieving growth and industry leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

• Business planning and forecasting for Rental Business and team activities related to Equipment Rentals.
• Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, and specific one-time MIS reports for management review and strategic decisions.
• Drive business development and sales through effective funnel and opportunity management.
• Ensure effective customer coverage: Lead Identification → Lead Development → Closing, including Win/Loss reporting.
• Identify influencers, end users, and key decision-makers within client organizations.
• Conduct application studies, develop project solutions, prepare estimations, and validate customer quotations.
• Maintain strong customer focus with urgency in delivering optimal rental solutions.
• Achieve or exceed targeted revenue objectives in the UAE for machine rentals within the assigned territory.
• Ensure effective customer relationship management to secure repeat business, including receivables management and after-market activities.
• Promote teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement to create competitive differentiation.
• Work closely with the Accounts team to align payment terms and control DSO through timely collections.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Heavy Equipment Rental Sales: 4 years (Preferred)
