Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets
• Identify and develop new customers through regular prospecting
• Plan and execute customer visits on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Monitor competitor activities and submit reports to management
• Ensure timely collection of market receivables
• Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good physical and mental fitness to handle field sales activities
• Positive attitude with a customer-friendly approach
• Effective product presentation and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge is mandatory (MS Office, Excel, Gmail)
• Must own a laptop or personal computer

Qualifications

• Education: Graduates preferred
• Experience: 2–3 years in a similar sales role

Salary

Gross Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month+Incentive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
