Job Responsibilities – Sales Executive (Carpentry & Signage)
- Generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities for carpentry, joinery, and signage projects
- Meet with clients to understand project requirements, budgets, and timelines
- Promote company services including custom carpentry, interior fit-outs, shopfitting, woodwork, sign fabrication, and installation
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and cost estimates in coordination with design, production, and site teams
- Conduct site visits to assess scope, measurements, and technical requirements
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with clients to close deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, retailers, and corporate clients
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and ongoing projects to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with project managers and foremen to ensure smooth handover from sales to execution
- Track sales activities, forecasts, and pipelines using CRM or reporting tools
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and networking events
- Ensure all sales activities align with company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
