~ Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through cold calling, references, social media, and site visits
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide property consultation
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable projects
  • Conduct site visits and explain project features
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into sales
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships with clients
  • Update CRM and maintain proper sales records
  • Stay informed about new launches and market trends

~ Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred but not mandatory)
  • 0–3 years of experience in sales/real estate (Freshers can apply)
  • Strong communication and convincing skills
  • Target-driven and self-motivated attitude
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / CRM)
  • Comfortable with field sales and site visits
