Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive property sales, generate leads, maintain client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, real estate knowledge, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through site visits, references, brokers, digital platforms, and walk-in clients.
  • Conduct property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to convert inquiries into bookings.
  • Maintain accurate data of leads and update CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign follow-ups.
  • Assist customers with documentation, booking formalities, and payment schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and brokers.
  • Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management.
  • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of real estate sales processes.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Presentable personality with professional approach.
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with strong sales skills may apply).
  • Local market knowledge will be an added advantage.

  • Monthly sales bookings achieved.
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • Customer satisfaction score.
  • Follow-up efficiency and data accuracy.

Compensation

  • Performance-based growth opportunities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
