Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Responsible for welcoming and greeting customers visiting the showroom and understanding their requirements related to sanitaryware and bathroom fittings.
• Explain and demonstrate sanitaryware products (WC, wash basins, faucets, showers, bathtubs, accessories, etc.) along with their features, specifications, pricing, and benefits patiently and professionally.
• Coordinate with customers to suggest suitable products based on their budget, space, interior theme, and technical requirements, and confirm orders accordingly.
• Assist customers with billing procedures, advance payments, order processing, and payment follow-ups as per company policy.
• Inform customers about new arrivals, latest designs, premium collections, promotional offers, and upcoming sanitaryware and fittings products.
• Guide customers to the warehouse or dispatch section for product delivery and ensure proper handover while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records including purchase details, quotations, pending orders, site requirements, and follow-up status.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
