Sales Executive

We are seeking results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant with strong Dubai market expertise and a proven ability to close high-value transactions while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Close deals in line with developer pricing and payment structures
  • Advise clients on ROI, rental yields, and investment strategies
  • Present off-plan projects and ownership/Golden Visa options
  • Ensure accuracy in SPAs, KYC/AML, and legal documentation
  • Manage leads from portals, digital campaigns, and virtual tours

Requirements:

  • Proven Dubai real estate sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of RERA, DLD processes, and escrow regulations
  • Experience in off-plan and investment property sales
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Professional, ethical, and highly organized
