Core Responsibilities
- Sales Execution (Gloves): Promote and sell pharmaceutical-grade, examination, and surgical gloves (Latex, Nitrile) to hospitals, pharmacies, and labs.
- Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including large-scale corporate hospital accounts and government tenders.
- Channel Management: Build and manage a robust network of distributors and dealers to ensure wide product availability.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, product innovations, and delivery schedules to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), procurement heads, and medical practitioners.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, or Pharmacy; an MBA is often preferred for acquisition roles.
- Industry Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in pharmaceutical or medical device sales, specifically with medical consumables or PPE.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of glove specifications (e.g., thickness, tensile strength, sterility) and regulatory standards like US FDA or UK MHRA.
- Acquisition Skills: Proficiency in Strategic Planning, contract negotiation, and financial analysis for assessing deal viability
