Job Title: Sales Executive – Freight Forwarding

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing clients, and promoting end-to-end logistics solutions including air, sea, and land freight.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Promote air freight, ocean freight (FCL/LCL), land transportation, and customs clearance services
• Prepare and submit competitive quotations and follow up to secure business
• Understand customer requirements and propose tailored logistics solutions
• Coordinate with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
• Attend client meetings, sales calls, and industry networking events
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM or internal systems

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• Driving license - Must
• 1 years of sales experience in freight forwarding / logistics
• Strong knowledge of international shipping, Incoterms, and logistics processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills
• Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
• Valid driving license
