Job Title: Sales Executive / Telecaller

Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Executive / Telecaller who can generate quality leads, book meetings, and convert prospects into clients. The candidate must have prior experience in telecalling or inside sales and should be confident in handling targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from the provided database
• Explain company products/services clearly and persuasively
• Identify qualified prospects and book meetings for the sales team
• Maintain a strong meeting-to-conversion ratio
• Follow up consistently to move leads through the sales pipeline
• Maintain proper records of calls, meetings scheduled, and conversions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, meetings, and conversions
• Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling / inside sales
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Proven track record in meeting booking and conversions
• Good negotiation and objection-handling skills
• Target-driven and self-motivated personality
• Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
