Sales Executive

About the Role:

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into confirmed interior design projects. This role focuses on client coordination, follow-ups, proposal discussions, and supporting the overall sales process for residential and commercial interior projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Understanding the sales cycle and effectively navigating through it to drive revenue.
2. Hands-on experience in creating quotations and utilizing platforms like IndiaMart for lead generation and business development.
3. Proficiency in cold calling and cold emailing to identify potential leads and initiate sales conversations.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product/service offerings and engage with prospects effectively.
5. Ability to follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and maintain regular client interaction to drive sales conversions..
6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and achieving sales targets.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
8. Provide feedback to the product or marketing teams based on customer insights and market feedback to enhance product/service offerings.
9. Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills & Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Proven experience (1-2 years) in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
3. Knowledge of the sales cycle and experience in managing the entire sales process from lead generation to closure.
4. Hands-on experience in creating quotations and using platforms like IndiaMart for lead generation.
5. Strong skills in cold calling and cold emailing to engage with prospects and initiate sales conversations.
6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
7. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interaction and follow-ups.
8. Proficiency in using CRM systems or other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
9. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
10. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
