Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our Force Motors dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting enquiries into sales, achieving monthly targets, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads through field visits, references, digital enquiries & cold calling
• Promote and sell Force Motors vehicles (LCV, HCV, Traveller, etc.)
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing & finance options to customers
• Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations
• Follow up with prospects regularly to close sales
• Coordinate with finance & RTO departments for smooth vehicle delivery
• Maintain daily sales reports and CRM updates
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with fleet owners, transporters & business clients

Required Skills:

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good product knowledge of commercial vehicles
• Field sales experience preferred
• Ability to handle customer objections confidently
• Target-oriented mindset
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge
• Valid driving license mandatory

Qualification:

• Any Degree / Diploma (Preferred)
• 1–3 years experience in automobile sales (Commercial vehicle experience preferred) or Freshers
