About the Role:

Are you passionate about building partnerships and driving business growth? We’re looking for a proactive, target-driven Sales Executive to join our team and lead institutional sales across schools, colleges, and corporates. If you have a knack for communication, relationship building, and closing deals — we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential institutional clients (schools, colleges, corporates).

Generate new business through cold calling, client meetings, and presentations.

Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain and update client records, reports, and CRM data.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, and events.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years in institutional or B2B sales (preferred: education sector).

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proven record of achieving sales targets and business growth.

Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with cold calling & field visits.

Proficient in MS Office and basic digital tools.
