Sales Executive
Handle leads by:
Direct Sales Support (Developer Connector)
- Managing high-intent unit and project requests by connecting customers with developer sales and ensuring closure

Classifying intent and routing them to the correct funnel/team with speed and accuracy
Direct Sales Support (Developer Connector)
- Handle customers requesting specific units or projects: validate request, budget fit, and purchase readiness
- Connect customers with developer sales and follow up to maintain momentum

Track milestones and ensure momentum: reservation steps, documents, confirmations, appointment coordination
- Review inbound leads across channels (calls, forms, WhatsApp, app/web signals)
- Identify customer intent and classify into the correct funnel (Primary/Resale/Now/Unlocked/Shares)

Maintain strict SLAs for first action and correct assignment
- Maintain accurate CRM data and follow playbook while maintaining customer-first communication quality
- Participate in QA reviews and coaching, implement feedback immediately

Flag recurring routing issues and developer friction points to help improve the system
- 6+ months to 2 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, telesales or leads management roles
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
- Ability to work under pressure with high lead volume and strict SLAs
- Clear ethics: consistent application of routing rules and accurate documentation
