Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
  • Promote company services in MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.
  • Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for smooth execution.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in MEP / Electromechanical sales.
  • Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
  • Familiar with Abu Dhabi construction and MEP market.
