Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and clients.
- Promote company services in MEP, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, and ELV systems.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and project discussions.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals successfully.
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Track market trends and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years UAE experience in MEP / Electromechanical sales.
- Strong knowledge of Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and project-based selling.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License preferred.
- Familiar with Abu Dhabi construction and MEP market.
