Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing printing and advertising company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, meeting clients, and promoting our full range of printing, packaging, branding, and corporate gift solutions across Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outdoor field sales
• Visit potential clients including corporate offices, restaurants, retail shops, and event companies
• Promote company products such as flyers, brochures, business cards, menus, boxes, acrylic works, 3D signage, lighting work, corporate gifts, and customized promotional items
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare quotations and follow up to close sales
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Coordinate with production team to ensure timely delivery
• Collect payments as per company policy
• Provide market feedback and competitor analysis

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor or field sales (printing/advertising industry preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
• Valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory)
• Own car is a plus
• Good knowledge of Dubai market
• Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp Business, MS Office)
