Sales Executive

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in cosmetic or aesthetic clinics within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing clinic revenue through effective patient consultation, treatment plan sales, and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell aesthetic and cosmetic treatments (laser, fillers, Botox, slimming, skin treatments, etc.)
• Convert inquiries and walk-in patients into confirmed treatment bookings
• Conduct consultations and explain treatment packages, pricing, and promotions
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and social media
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth patient experience
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Upsell and cross-sell clinic services

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in a cosmetic/aesthetic clinic in UAE (Mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and procedures
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Presentable and professional appearance
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
