Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales executive

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture.
  • Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure team accountability.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize profitability.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
